As a nutrition knowledge broker, I focus on behaviour change as it impacts wellness, obesity, and cardiovascular health.

 

I provide nutrition knowledge translation services through:

  • presentations

  • group programs

  • seminars (e.g. lunch and learn)

  • writing

  • program development

  • clinical trials

 

(Note: individual nutrition counselling is not provided)

 

I am a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario, Dietitians of Canada (DC), the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly American Dietetic Association), and co-chair of the Diabetes, Obesity and Cardiovascular Network of DC.
